2023 Canada Games Volunteer

As a province known for its hospitality, we’re excited to welcome the 2023 Canada Winter Games to Prince Edward Island. From February 18 – March 5, 2023, the Games will bring together over 3,600 athletes, managers and coaches, across 20 different sports, for the largest multi-sport event in the country. With a forecasted economic impact of over $100 million, the 29th edition of the Canada Games will be the largest event hosted in Prince Edward Island’s history.

Our volunteers are the lifeblood of the Canada Games. From scorekeepers and ushers to drivers and bloggers, it takes thousands of people working together to plan and support all the athletic and cultural events around the Games. Help inspire greatness in all Canadians and build a lasting legacy for generations to come.

We need the enthusiasm and hospitality of over 5,000 volunteers to help in various roles and we are looking for your help with our recruitment efforts by using the tools found in our digital volunteer toolkit or by requesting materials from our team.  The Volunteer Application Portal can be accessed here on February 18, 2022.
